Halfway to El Campo

So far everything is starting to feel normal and the days are going by
a little quicker now than in the beginning. We´ve been teaching two
investigators now and have been doing like 20-30 minute lessons in
Spanish. I haven’t been called on to give a talk yet but probably soon.
Our district is in charge of the prelude music this Sunday and i
talked to Hermana Moore the presidents wife and she showed me that she
had a couple violins in her office, so I’ve been practicing with this
other kid in my district who plays piano and it´s fun. They have 2
programs here at the CCM there´s the 3 week and the 6 week program.
All the Latinos and others who speak Spanish well enough only stay for
three weeks and the rest of us stay for six. Every three weeks they
receive a new batch of fresh elders and yesterday we said goodbye to
the older elders and they left for their missions and we spent all of
yesterday making their beds. Today all the new elders came and they´re
all getting settled in. This Friday we go proselyting (I think that’s
how its spelled) and they take us out into the city and we pair up
with the elders from this mission. I´m kind of nervous for that. Also i
just saw this kid outside this room where I’m writing you that passed
by that was from my district in camp Helaman so that’s cool his name is
Elder Huish and I’m going to finish up and try and find him. Also here´s
some pics. See you all next week...............PS. the first week of
pictures i took are too large of files to send so I found a way to

make them smaller.
