The flight was long, of course, and my
layover in Atlanta wasn't a
layover just a rush from one gate to the
next. We arrived at the mtc
at around 2:30ish and didn’t get settled
until around 3:30. When we
got off our flight in lima there was a
nice smog and orange city glow
and we packed our bags on a grey-hound
looking bus and drove about 45
minutes through lima to the ccm. The
roads, particularly the lanes are
very close together and everyone travels
very fast. The city is
very condensed and looks like a movie
set with a bunch of run down
apartments. the room I’m staying in is
about the size of my bedroom but
its holding 6 guys and all of their
luggage. The temperature is pretty
great this morning, just like home with
lots of clouds. The ccm has
been great so far. i wasn’t expecting
such a nice facility but it is
very well maintained compared to the
rest of the city I’ve seen. This
morning all we’ve had time to do is some
basic registration, breakfast
and get our campanions and name badges. Also
sorry for not using
correct email ettiquette with all my not
capitalizing and stuff
because this keyboard im typing on is a
bit more difficult to use.
also i dont know how to do a group email
but if i give you the emails
could you forward it to them?
